Theodore drew in a deep breath to let it out in a huffy sigh as the girl talked about going back to greet the kids that were coming in. Of course she would have picked that answer. Why wouldn't she? There was nothing between them to keep her here, lazying in the water. Maybe naked. Rolling his dark auburn gaze, he shook his head, grumbling under his breath.
Theodore chuckled a little as as retorted angrily at him about her cothes. He rolled his dark eyes at her as she punched him, not so much as flinching from her reaction. He expected as much; she was a tough kinda girl. He merely reached over to her, tugging on a bit of her wet fur, making a face.
“Sure, you're clothed,” he said, grinning, “But that doesn't mean I can't see everything while you're soaking wet. Looks good. You should totally wear something like that all the time. Maybe then you'll get more than just me flirting with you. That, and, y'know, coming out of the forge sometimes.”
Teddy watched as she left for a moment, his eyes wandering over her, before a sigh passed through his lips. She really did deserve someone good. Part of the reason that she couldn't find someone in camp, he believed, was because she did sometimes spend so much time with him. He was the weird Ares kid that was always on the training grounds, never any fun.
Wandering off to start greeting the new kids, he didn't bother changing out of his wet clothes. It was a nice excuse to take his new group of campers on a little tour, starting off with the lake. Until, of course, Aluehart popped back up. He looked at her as she murmured to him, a small smirk coming to his face as she suggested sneaking out.
“You realize,” he mumbled back, hoping that all of this was out of ear range of the kids, “That sneaking out is against the rules, and there's some sort of punishment that includes being eaten by monsters, right? But... I suppose... If you're really willing. I wouldn't mind. It's been... a long time since I've gotten to go to the city. I won't even try to argue with that kind of vacation.”
